I get tired of always hearing people complain about the daily comic strips. The argument is usually that they were funny when you're six, but they just don't seem funny now.
I sincerely hope that you have a different sense of humor now than you had when you were 6. But if the dailies were to change to be funny to you now, what would the 6 year olds read? Doonesbury - the comic strip that has never been funny?
C'mon! Learn to get over yourselves! Let the kids have their fun! And just maybe you'll find a bit more to laugh at in the world around you!
