Now, it's not the end of the world. DiRT's Daily was an experiment and after 2 months of videos I can honestly say I learned a few things. First of all, if people expect a video and don't get one, you will get e-mails. Secondly, Blip is so much nicer than YouTube in presentation, stat tracking, and community features, and no one knows this. Thirdly, it is possible to make a video in 20 minutes (hello Target Terror). And finally, it really sucks staying up until 3 AM to get your video encoded, posted, and re-encoded, just to get back up at 6 AM with the kids.
So is this the end of videos?
Once thing that emerged from the chaos was a schedule for a few theme episodes. Friday quickly became comic book night. Thursday belongs to our friends at BackToFrankBlack.com. Those won't change. Monday seemed to be a pretty good day for a toy review, so that'll probably appear there. Along with our twice a week wrestling podcasts, It Figures podcast, The Weigh-In podcast, That New Toy Smell, College Football Round-Up, and everything else around here, there will still be plenty to see every day of the week.
But thanks for playing along with my video experiment. I'm going to go to bed now. Good night.
